Cynthia Castro Sweet, PhD is the Senior Director of Clinical Research and Policy for Omada Health, Inc., a digital therapeutics company which combines innovative design, technology, and professional support to prevent and manage chronic disease. Her team is responsible for ensuring that Omada’s clinical programs are based on sound clinical science and research. She has over 20 years of experience in the development, dissemination and evaluation of behavior science programs that leverage technology to shape health habits. She holds a BA in psychology from Stanford University and a PhD in clinical psychology with a specialty in behavioral medicine from UC San Diego.
