This half-day session will look at where AI has traction in clinical practice and ways AI can be used for patient engagement, and will convene a roundtable of experts to provide input on the regulation of AI in healthcare. Session 1: Applied AI – This panel will focus on AI-enabled services in clinical use, in a discussion around the impact of AI on medical practice and healthcare delivery today. The panel will also touch on the regulatory approval and payment processes for AI solutions. Session 2: AI for Patient Learning & Engagement Personalizing healthcare interactions quickly becomes complex when consider a population of varied health and personal histories, habits, economics, geographies, educational levels, personalities and preferences. Understanding and applying the 'fine grain' of these differences, cost effectively, is one area where artificial intelligence can service healthcare. Our expert panel brings you evidence. Session 3: Regulating AI Roundtable- This facilitated feedback session will seek input on aspects of regulating AI in healthcare. The session will be open to all, with a roundtable of up to 15 experts invited to respond to facilitator questions.
