CONNECTED HEALTH CONFERENCE • SAVE THE DATE • October 16-18, 2019 • Boston, MA
In 2009, the Foundation for the NIH (FNIH) launched the mHealth Summit. Located in Washington, DC, this event attracted over 750 people. Three years later, HIMSS acquired the mHealth Summit, and it was off to the races!
In 2014, HIMSS established the Personal Connected Health Alliance (PCHAlliance), and the following year, HIMSS renamed the event the Connected Health Conference, reflecting the growth and trajectory of the digital health industry.
In 2017, PCHAlliance collaborated with another longtime partner, merging the Partners Connected Health Symposium into the Connected Health Conference. The coming together of the industry’s two most important events marked a significant milestone for the digital health market, and with this partnership came the wisdom and vision of Dr. Joe Kvedar, serving as Connected Health Conference Program Chair.
Now in its 10th year, the Connected Health Conference has established Boston as its home -- giving this event access to real-world, provider-based, patient-driven experience, resources and entrepreneurism that you can't learn in a textbook.
Today, the Conference is attracting more front-line healthcare providers, tech innovators, decision makers, life sciences companies, investors and forward-thinking companies than ever before, supporting collaboration and impacting real change in health and wellness.
What started out as a small event is now the preeminent thought leadership conference in digital health, creating an international platform for the exchange of information, ideas and aspirations for connected technologies.
