CONNECTED HEALTH CONFERENCE • Boston, MA • October 25-27, 2017
Vice President, Personal Connected Health Alliance
Director, Connected Health Conference
Innovation is driving connected health, reshaping care delivery, reimagining how we age and how each of us can achieve wellness throughout the lifespan. Innovation is also the inspiration for the 2017 Connected Health Conference (CHC17).
Special opening sessions exploring digital therapeutics, artificial intelligence, and voice-activated technologies start this year’s event off and set the stage for a dynamic and disruptive event. From two innovation challenges that will identify cutting-edge ideas, to sessions overflowing with visionaries, frontline providers, entrepreneurs and tech gurus, CHC17 will be a highly charged event. Here is a preview of a few highlights you will not want to miss:
Kicking off three-days of thought provoking content is a series of deep dives into key topics for innovation. Fueling the Innovation Economy in Connected Health is a full day event examining innovation ecosystems that are driving the digital economy and transforming healthcare. We've invited leaders from some of the most forward-thinking incubators/accelerators, public-private partnerships and economic development initiatives to share best practices for how they are collaborating, de-risking innovation and leading the way for faster adoption and scale of digital health technologies.
Speaking of innovation, our speakers are not just talking the talk. Futurist and best-selling author Chunka Mui will deliver a keynote, Outthinking Limits, Sharing Insights For Designing And Stress Testing Digital Innovation Strategies. Disrupters from Texas Medical Center, Omada Health, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute will share their experience in creating successful collaborations between startups and health systems to achieve business and clinical innovation. And researchers in the trenches at Partners HealthCare, Mount Sinai, and Evidation Health will discuss the growing interest--and critical need--in designing protocols for digital health pilots in order to validate technology and build the evidence base for adoption.
We are especially excited about the new Innovation Lounge, the focal point of this year's exhibit floor. Here, 15 cutting-edge collaborations and initiatives paving the way for the future of technology-enhanced health and well-being come to life. Hear and see how Brigham iHub, PULSE@MassChallenge, Mass General, Johns Hopkins, AARP, AMA, as well as Cognizant, IBM, Intel, Philips, Teva, and Verizon are creating successful partnerships and bringing impactful new approaches to addressing some of healthcare's biggest challenges.
Capping off what is sure to be a spectacular three days, we will host a closing event where attendees can network with leaders from the innovation community-at-large.
